  • All prices are wholesale, with the exception of books.
  • Book discounts: up to $100 - 20%; over $100 - 40%. Discounts based on retail price per title.
  • No additional discounts on previously discounted titles.
  • Order minimum: $150 - Certain items are subject to a minimum order quantity as indicated on price list and
    website.
  • Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and merchandise availability are subject to change without
    notice.




  • Within the U.S.: Initial orders must be prepaid by credit card. Subsequent orders are net-30-days pending credit
    approval.
  • Overseas and Canada: A pro forma invoice is sent prior to shipment of orders and must be returned with
    payment.
  • Late payments can lead to termination of net-30-days.
  • Accounts inactive over one year will be closed. A reopened account is subject to new account terms.
  • Please be sure to mail or fax your tax-exempt or resale certificate to the address above. Net-30-days cannot be
    approved without this information.




  • Check: Must be in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank
  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Include card number and
    expiration date. Please provide the billing address of the card if different from the shipping address. Orders are
    charged to your account upon shipment.

  • Within the U.S.: Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. (You may specify any special instructions) You may
    substitute UPS, or specify "other" shipping method if you wish to your own account.
  • Overseas and Canada: Orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy, USPS, or you may specify freight
    forwarder by contacting us at wholesale@philamusem.org.




  • Shipping and handling charges are additional and will be itemized on your invoice.
  • all duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Use of customer's shipping account is acceptable. A handling charge of $5 for the first box and $1 for each
    additional box will be added to the invoice.




  • All merchandise is sold on a non-returnable basis; the only exceptions are damaged or defective merchandise.
  • Please contact the External Sales office within 10 days of delivery for return authorization and instructions.
  • Damages and Shortages must be reported to the External Sales Department within 10 days.




  • Customization of most products is available. Quantity minimums vary according to product type.
  • Additional production time will be necessary for all custom production runs.
  • Prepayment in the amount of 50% is due upon start of custom project.
  • Contact the External Sales Department for all custom orders request.
